[Dsg-halla_magnets] Drawing numbers for SoLID controls

Good morning,

We searched our databases to determine available drawing numbers for SoLID controls.  There is a folder setup in TeamCenter for your use.  It is under Hall A's TEMPLATE-> Instrumentation-> SoLID Controls.

The drawing number(s) would be:

A00000-16-03-XXXX

I suggest starting with A00000-16-03-0100.  You can make the drawing numbers sequential or you can set aside blocks of 100's for various groupings.  We should probably have a quick discussion at the next meeting if you want to assign blocks of numbers.  Basically you have 9999 available numbers in the 03 (SoLID Controls) folder.
