Hi,

 Refer to PRs #289256 and 289430 for a previous order of Constant current source boards.
Pablo should check with the company, Rapid PCB,  to see if they are still producing boards and obtain a quote for new , fully populated and tested boards.

CLEO will need 5 boards. Having two spares would be helpfully. Total =7.

2010 cost at 365/board would be about $2,555.
I was planning on waiting a year to procure any more I&C components hardware, as FY2020 funds have been earmarked.

steve,
the answers depend on the complexity of the board and how soon it is needed.

e.g.
if it is a simple two sided board, it would take marc at most a week for the layout.
then we'd have to put in the pr.
since it would be thanksgiving week, i reckon the pr would become a po first week of deceember.
expedited boards can be received is about 2 weeks.
which would put us just before shutdown.
so a good guess would be early jan, 2020.

pablo will discuss the matter tomorrow with the group and give you a better estimate.

I could not find any spare boards just left over components to populate it

Will need four or five boards

What is the cost estimate and time for delivery?

DSG has not borrow any spare board.

Do you have the bare boards?
If not, Marc McMullen and Peter Bonneau will be able to work and make the arrangements for the bare boards based in the drawing that you shared.
If you have the bare boards and parts, Mindy Leffel can start with the board assembly/soldering required.

Hello Pablo,

 Two boxes of parts are in my office for the use in the CLEO control rack.
I could not find a spare constant current source board, did the DSG already borrow that preciously?

I placed the boards drawings in the shared directory. If the spare board is no longer available, then either Chris C group can frabrictae the board else we will have to try contacting the original company and order some more.
