Hello,


I have setup the electronic agenda/calendar to have our meetings regularly every two weeks.
Bi-weekly meetings will be held every  Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, in the TED 2559 room.
Feel free to join us to discuss about the ongoing and future tasks for the SoLID magnet control systems.

The first meeting has been scheduled for this Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 10:00 AM.

Hello Steven and Whit,

I would like to set up regularly meeting twice a month, so then the meetings could be be short and focus in the ongoing tasks.
DSG availability is Monday to Friday, except:

  *   Wednesdays 13:00-15:00
  *   Fridays all afternoon
  *   Thursdays 10:00-11:00 and 14:00-15:00

Would the programed meetings fit you? Let me know so I can setup the agenda with the programed meetings.
