This setup does not use redundancy yet.
Maybe try removing and the re-adding the module to the program before flashing it to higher firmware.

Hi Steven,

Based on your description for the Status LED, it seems like the 1794-ACN15 module is "On-line but not connected" status (referred in the module's manual ).

We can try to upgrade the firmware to its latest  version 5.003, which is the recommended for a Series C module.
Tech  notes mentioned that the anomalies related with the redundant direct connection fails when working with some third party Flex I/O modules have been fixed.

However, before doing that, I'd like to confirm that the 2-button thumb-wheel switch are set to the correct node address ( ControlNet node #34) since I can not see it clearly in the video.

Hello,

 The 1756 acn15 is flashing the status LED green light 3 times every 7 seconds.
The firmware is 4.2
the termination was 50 Ohms but I changed that out to 75 Ohms.
Power cycled the unit and it still flashes three  times every 7 to 8 seconds.
