[Dsg-halla_magnets] Rockwell RS500 license

Hi,

 Spent a day on the phone with Rockwell tech support trying to resolve license issues on the phycad58 machine for CLEO.
After having to re-install codemeter and RSnetwork twice, Rockwell seems to think that the issue is with the license manager having to access files on cadlm2.

A RsNetwork license resides on PHYCAD58, but the RSlogix5000 and RSLink license are on cadlm2.

When cadlm2 is removed from the search location, (and with a 30 day temp RSlogix5000 license installed onPHYCAD58), response times were much faster and certain *.dll files did not become corrupt. Something on JLAB's end (not Rockwell) has changed and accessing license files from adlm2 is now problematic.

It seems the best option is move one of the two rslogic5000 pro license off of cadlm2 and onto phycad58.  DSG could still use the license, they would just have to point the license server to point to phycad58.

The license loaned to us by Rockwell is good for only 30 days.

Can DSG see to it that this gets done?
