Hello Steven,

Here is an status report for the tasks in which DSG is involved:

PLC programming

Cooldown and JTV control (For CCR and HX) routines are under revision.
Spreadsheet with PID parameters for each JT valve is in progress
MPS communication, controls and monitoring PLC code will be same as the already implemented PLC from HMS PSU.
Testing of PLC code will be done during commissioning of the magnet

HMI System
6 screens (first versions) completed an under review. Preliminary test completed, final test will be done during commissioning.
3 screens under development (CCR expert, JT Valve Page, Cooldown screens)
Development of the FT VIew data logger completed and tested on DSG PLC test station. We only need to decide the PLC tags that will be logged.

Hardware - Instrumentation
CCS board: One of six boards is assembled, board components are at the lab, planning assembly of remain boards in the next weeks.
Motor Controller Relay board: Altium design completed. Bare boards and part being ordered.

Electrical Drawings
Wire Cable Diagrams drawings for temperature, voltage taps and load cells need to be modified based on the vacuum feed through pins changes, once we're back on the Lab.
Completed modifications of JT Valve drawings based new PLC channel module's channels assignment.
