 Appears to be about the same code as what I downloaded from the PLC to make changes and upgrades to.
I think you will find Cleo_V4.acd that I passed along to be well advance in HX controls and valve naming.

As the code is only having to control one magnet instead of five, I have reduced the HX controls routine from the SHMS controls. I'm sure there will be further changes as the project moves along. I can see that JT7 (sheet31) can be simplified as it only needs to respond to temperature but how this valve needs to respond to interlocks remains to be determined.

It is rather simple to upload a different code, test and verify, then re-upload the code that was previously in the PLC.
Where can I get a copy of the latest code, just downloading it from the PLC , may not bring in all comments and descriptions.
Therefore it would be best for Aaron to save and download his current project off of the PLC.

Hello Steven,

If your Cleo_V4  acd file contains all changes on which DSG has being working on, there should be no problems.
Unless is something necessary which can not be made online, I would suggest to upload your changes online, import routine instate of replacing the current acd file running in the PLC, so then we can ensure that nothing is missed.

Aaron has been working to add PLC code to control/monitor heat exchanger instrumentation, that includes the JT valves as per the latest Cleo II spreadsheet.

 I would like to upload the attached acd file into the Cleo_II PLC.

It has been updated to include the HX controls and sets the Valve number to match the valve function as per the spreadsheet
