[Dsg-halla_magnets] Hall A SoLID Solenoid empty rack needs to be moved

Just curious, all previous SoLID requests have gone through Whit Seay; has something changed? I can certainly discuss moving the rack with Steve but just want to make sure that we are all on the same page.
