Hello Pablo,

 Much of the PLC coding is done with just minor adjustments needed for the strain gauges.
As you noted in the last meeting, some changes to the code have to be made off line.
 Next week I will come in and work on the issue with the Temperature I/O modules faulting in the program. May require re-scheduling not sure yet.

I will copy the program over to the folder if I have access to it.

I also re-booted phycad58 as it needed software updates.

Hi Steven,

The latest changes that I made to the PLC code were done last week (10/14/2020).
All agreed (during our last meeting) addition/modifications to the code were done online, and some of these were:

  *   Addition of code for the Radial Interlocks routine
  *   Addition of the current lead warm end temperature sensors

Please make sure that your new CLEO_V2_Oct_22_2020.acd contains the latest changes mentioned above.
Also, put a copy of the new file at: M:\dsg-halla_controls.  So then everyone from DSG can access it.

Hello All,

 I have worked on the PLC code for Cleo some this morning and I would like to upload it into the PLC.
The new program is named CLEO_V2_Oct_22_2020.acd

Some items that have been worked on:
Renamed remote chassis B
Liquid levels
Radial Strain Gauges
Axial strain Gauges
Front end calibrations
Diode temperature standard 10 look up tables
Removed NMR routines and reloaded standard PSU communication routines
Cleaned up redundant tags that were alias to other I/O
Simplified  current lead heater page
removed hall probe sub-routine

Will continue work on PLC after I have loaded and tested changes thus far.
