[Dsg-halla_magnets] Procuring wiring cable for CLEO

Hello

 I checked with Joe B. and he stated that plenum is not needed.
For just the voltage tap cable, with an expected voltage of 350V, a 600V rating is needed.
All cables should be rated for CL2 as well.

I would ask that the DSG procure the require cable as they become known, using the account CLEOMR, HallA.

Lengths in the range of 70 to 80 feet should be sufficient.
