[Dsg-halla_magnets] Dataforth breakout panel

Hi,

 I checked in TEDF1544 and the missing breakout panel for the Dataforth SC is not in there.
Please re-check the boxes of parts that have been retrieved from near the rack location, before replacement ones are ordered.
In fact there are three breakout panels missing. Two back planes still in their wrapper are in the Dataforth box but not the breakout panels.
