Hello Steven,

Yesterday while we were working on the instrumentation racks, connecting the PLC I/O modules terminal blocks, we realized the following:

  1.   The terminal strip groups installed in the rack does not match their location with the agreed layout (ref.:drawing A00000-16-03-0101).
  2.  There are missed 2-Level terminal blocks (total of 309).
  3.  There are missed terminal group makers (at least 11).
  4.  Several 3-Level terminal blocks were installed instead of 2 -Level terminal blocks (3 groups of 19 terminal blocks each).
  5.  There are a lot of terminal blocks that needs to be re-ordered.

I have generated a spreadsheet with the exact count and types of terminal blocks required for the entire instrumentation and PLC IO modules connections.

The spreadsheet  named Terminal Blocks Details is available in our common folder at : M:\dsg-halla_controls.

DSG would be able to reorder and install the missed terminal blocks.
Do you have the missed 2-level terminal strip and the group makers in hand?
If not, DSG would be able to order them and continue with the wiring work in the racks.
