[Dsg-halla_magnets] Cleo Valve errors

Hi

I noticed that in the HMI, that when one valve times out and produces an error, all the valves come back with an error and stop working.

Just the valve that timed out or has an error should be stopped from moving, the other valves should be allowed to continue to operate.
