[Dsg-halla_magnets] Cleo Temp sensors

Probing with a DMM showed that some of the inputs to the dataforth were floating to low triple digit mV (+ and -), hence being out of range for the PLC after conversion on the dataforth.
Ch 0 and 1 are now in the single digits after measuring them with the DMM.
I suspect if you either ground or try to measure any of the other remaining channels that are reading "bad" they'll start to read more reasonable values.
I didn't get a chance to probe any upstream of the dataforth since it seems like the test lab lights automatically turn off ~2000.
I did find one signal return wire that was off by one channel on the dataforth breakout board #3, but that has since been fixed.

The PLC should be reading a signal near 0 Volts for these temperature sensors but for the most part the PLC is reporting input errors (input is underrange < -10.25V) .
