[dsg-halla_solid] Valve setpoint

Hello Pablo,

 JT valves 2 and 4 share the same set point in manual mode.

When changing the set point of JT2 in manual mode, it also changes the set point of JT4. Also occurs when changing the set point of JT4 , it changes the set point of JT2.
This is occurring in the code, with the new tags Alias that were set up for cryo.

To correct it I have to take the PLC offline.

The following valves do not have alias for cryo controls, should they be defined as well?

V5_man
V7_man
vWR_man
JTV_HX_Ghe_man
