Yes, all controls for valves were tested up to the MCR board output.
Since testing valve was connected only for JTV1, next step would be connecting the testing valve to the terminal block connection points assigned for each valve (CCR and HX valves).

I found the source. The links on page 15 were unconnected for JT-V1.  I edited the program and re-connected them.
I t now works for JT_V1.

Were all valves tested?

Hello Steven,

Valves controls were tested and working in remote (PLC) and local (manual control with switch) modes after debugging was done on Thursday afternoon.

I was planing on going to the Test Lab tomorrow morning since I still need to check the valve position in the voltmeter (Red Lion) monitor. I can re-check the PLC control for the valves as well.

Hello Pablo,

 When the PLC has control of the JT motors, the relays are being turned on/off when the codes sends the signal to open or close them.
The JTV1 is now opening and closing in key switch manual mode. It does not work in PLC mode.
