Hi Steve,
I don't think the new license has been added yet so it's still just the single floating one that everyone except for Silviu uses, but Todd can correct me. We've had to wait days-week for the license to be free before, so we know the inconvenience all to well, which is why another license ended up getting purchased. Once the new license gets added there should be a bit less contention.
Keep in mind that since the new license was purchased with EIC funding that work has the priority (I'm not sure which Amy's work falls under). Hopefully it can remain as a general floating license without having to add access controls to it.

Hi
The new Physic's license for the software license of CFD - FLUENT is to be reserved for Amy to use on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays from 1pm to 8 am the next day. This allows for batch jobs to be run overnight as needed.
Amy has a large back load for thermal modeling to do and has been patiently been waiting for availability, asking for time and has even been pushed off jobs. Her work is just as important as others. Please respect her requests to schedule times and the work she has to do.
Thank you
Steven
