Yes, the unlabeled wire (at the D-Sub side) is violet. Mindy will just leave that disconnected for now then. Maybe someone can check to see if there's any wires on the magnet side on the pins I mentioned?

I will look for and order a replacement sensor.

Is the unlabeled wire violet in color?  If so I have also traced it back to the E bundle and cannot specifically find it on the Oxford drawing.

Can we replace the sensor for AST 2? I would like to keep a close eye on temps everywhere.

The Hall B techs should be installing the vacuum jacket this week on the turret and it will be available to reconnect the feedthrough flange.  I talked to Jessie about lifting the turret for the work at the bottom and it will be a RADCON issue with bring the green blocks out of the hall but we may be able to place it on a table to get the height up.  I believe we should plan for that after the feedthrough flange is finished.

Whit,

Was going over the disconnected wires with Mindy and we've found 5 wires that need to be reattached, however one of them doesn't have a label and I'm 99% sure that it will end up being the wire labeled as 102 that goes to E2-D on the instrumentation flange.

That was one of the wires that Mindy found when disconnecting the small flanges that isn't in the Oxford drawings at all (that I could find).

Any suggestions on what to do with that wire? Just put some heat shrink on it? I suspect it goes on either N1 or N2, most likely N1 between pins 10 and 13 but it isn't obvious from the connector which if any of those pins would be the correct one as nearly all the unused ones have some sort of solder on them.



Also the AST 2 sensor has been lost. The wires are there (bundle 92 - Br/Br/Gy), but no sensor is attached.
