[dsg-halla_solid] Solenoid CCR Expert HMI screen modifications

Hello Whit,

I'm done with the requested modifications for the Solenoid CCR- Expert HMI screen, modifications as follow:

  *   Added needle and ball valve for the 300-80K GHe supply line.
  *   Added indicators for EPICS signals, Total Recovery Flow and Recovery Pressure signals (Added trends to show now available archived data in HMI data logger. Access allowed by clicking to the indicator, same as others)
  *   Relocated He magnet supply line (now goes to turret)
  *   Relocated He CL Pot supply line
  *   Added He CL Pot return line
  *   Added pot reservoir inside the Turret
  *   Added GHe return line from the CL
  *   Added "Cold" and "Warm" labels for return lines

You can access and test the new version of the Solenoid CCR- Expert HMI screen from the button that I added temporarily in the Solenoid Coil and Rad Shield Temperatures HMI screen.

Once all the changes made for the screen are approved, I can replace the old version to allow to all clients the access to the newer version from the Menu screen.
