[dsg-halla_solid] HMI access for Heidi Fansler

Hello Whit,

I added user "fansler" as windows administrator on PHYCAD59 and also as windows-linked user on FactoryTalk Administration Console (allows remote access to the HMI server applications).

In case Heidi does not have access to our shared folder on the M drive named: dsg-halla_controls, I made a copy of the HMI client file named: MENU.cli in the local C drive of the PHYCAD59 computer; here is the location: C:\Users\Public\Documents\RSView Enterprise\MENU.cli

Heidi should be able to access as client to the HMI screens, let me know if there are any issues.

Pablo,

Heidi Fansler needs to be able to access the PHYCAD59 to use the CLEO HMI.  She is able to remote desktop into that machine but she is not able to find the CLEO application.  Is there special access you need to give her?
