[dsg-halla_solid] CLEO alarm notificaztion

Hello Steven,

The development for the alarms and email notification has been completed.
I ran multiple tests for three testing signals and worked as expected; now I just need a list with the signals with their limits that you need to be added.
We can go over more details during our next meeting this Friday.


Corrections for labels on Solenoid Neck Temperature HMI screen were done.

 Has the CLEO alarm notification been setup up yet? Sends out email or text when an alarm is activated? Include Heidi in the chain please.


Also on the Neck Temperature page, The "LN2 Return" is mis-spelled twice: TS10 and over by the CCR logo.
