[dsg-halla_solid] Additional tags for charts and archiver

Hello Whit,

The requested labels for the temperature sensors on the Solenoid Neck Temperatures HMI screen were added.

Seven signals were added and they are being archived in the HMI dataloger system.
In the Solenoid Cooldwon Page HMI screen, I added the option to click the indicators/inputs for these seven signals to pop up a trend with the archived data.
Modifications in the PLC side to transfer these signal to EPICS (only as Read access) are done. All the addition of new PLC tags were done online, so normal operations of the PLC were not disturbed.

Pablo,

We would like to have the four temperature deltas on the cool down page available to chart and added to the archiver.  We would also like to have the set points added to that list as well.  I circled the 7 values in the picture below to help identify them.  Heidi would like these to be sent to EPICS as well.


Also would you please add a laels on the neck temperatures page for TS 27 and TS28
TS27 => "Pot Return Temp"
TS28 => "Lead Gas Supply Temp"
