[dsg-halla_solid] CLEO EV1

[Pablo Campero Rojas]

I had to modify the PLC and HMI code side to add the needed PLC tags in controller scope to allow controls for JTV1 on EPICS, so they could be added online without disturbing the controls running.

The added PLC tags are below.

I think this is concurrence? I've set up things on my end. I just need to reboot the soft ioc when the channels are there in the PLC.

We need to pump on the transfer line for cold return before any cold is flowed.  Have requested this to happen this morning with vac techs from Hall A.

I'll let Steve answer the turnover to control question.
