[dsg-halla_solid] JT1 man set value

Hello Steven,

It seems like the value that you entered is trying to write to the old PLC tag "v1_man".
This PLC tag was changed to "v1_man_mod" to allow controls of the valve to cryo.

You need to close your CCR-Expert screen and open it again to see the updates on your client end. No fixes are needed.
I just open a client and I was able to set that PLC tag momentarily to change the position of the valve to -2.0.  See attached picture.

 There is a new problem with writing trying to set the valve position of JT1 when in manual mode.
This most likely came about when providing access to cryo .
This need to be fixed asap.
