Hello Whit,

As I mentioned on a previous email sent with the notes about the data logger discussions,
I was trying some FTView commands to solve the limitation of the Microsoft Access data file on the primary directory and be able to get the data from this file and not only from the trends.
To try these commands without distorting the current data logger system running, I had to created a testing data logger with the same signals and run for a bit.

I think that the issue that you're having is because you did not selected the correct data logger when you're trying to add the signals to the trends.
Make sure to select the correct data logger model named "SolenoidDL" and not the "dbtest2". (See attached screenshots)

If it is desired, I can just remove the "dbtest2" data logger to avoid any future confusion.

Pablo,
I'm having trouble when I add pens to a chart.  I am not getting data before 10:33 this morning.  It happened when I add I_coarse earlier and now I add TS6 to an existing chart and again nothing before 10:33.  See chart below.

Hello Steven,

No data was purged.
I just opened the HMI client trend and plotted the I_coarse signal over the last 60 days (see attached screenshot).
I only noticed that took a bit more of time to plotted it but worked.
I also checked the oldest data option to be plotted and it went to January 17, same as the other archived signals.

Hello Pablo,

 something is going on with the archive data for I_coarse.

I was and (still have a chart open) that has the I_coarse data going back as far as 30 hours from now.
But if a new chart (by myself or Whit) is opened it only has data going back to ~10am today.
Other data seems to be okay.
Was the I-coarse data purged? or was it lost during attempts to add the PSU voltage?

this is important data to retain.
