[dsg-halla_solid] Helium liquid level alarm

Hello Whit,

I can see that one alarm and email came last night, which corresponds to the one that is still tripped on the alarm screen, see attached screenshots.

By looking at the archived data the liquid level went back to normal parameters, about 80% around 3:00 AM, but the interlock was still tripped ( H_LHe_Interlock =1).

The alarm that is looking to the lhe variable is a digital/boolean alarm, only looks at the Boolean bit of the PLC, which trips if the lhe level goes out the set limits (set between 50 and 103 %).
The lhe level alarm appears as tripped since last night because the PLC interlock was not reset.

Limits settings and Interlock reset button are available in the Interlock and Interlock Setup HMI screens.

When the alarm has been acknowledged and the variable is back within its limits, the interlocks need to be reset if we want to get another instance for this alarm and email notification.
That's how we agreed to have these interlock alarms but let me know if want to change this alarm to an analog alarm so the alarm will be checking at the current readout value and not the PLC Boolean tag.

Pablo,

We dropped below 50% on helium liquid level about an hour ago and we did not receive an alarm through email.  Will you please investigate the reason.  This is a critical alarm for us, especially in the middle of the night.

We have the low limit set to 50% on the interlock page.
