Subject: [EXTERNAL] Info about 300 mm Linear Translation | CAS-603135-R5W0Y4
Hello Pablo,
Thank you for contacting Thorlabs. For your inquiry about the 300 mm Linear Translation Stage with Integrated Controller:
1. Yes, both LTS300C/M and LTSP1/M are both in stock currently.
2. We do not have the exact shipping time, but orders for in stock items will be processed and shipped as soon as possible from our warehouse in New Jersey.
3. I think it should be OK if the translation stage is mounted upside down. This may result in some increased stress on the driving gear, but unfortunately, since we haven’t done any test of the stage in this condition, we do not have any performance data to share for this specific orientation currently.
4. Unfortunately, we do not have the max load specifications tested yet in the upside-down position. Apology for the inconvenience.
Please feel free to contact us for any further information.
Best Regards,
Xin Miao

Hello,
I'm interested in buying one of your products from Thorlabs, the product is the 300 mm Linear Translation Stage with Integrated Controller, Stepper Motor.
I checked the manual and specifications, but I still have some questions, which I hope you might be able to answer:
1. Are the products with part number: LTS300C/M and LTSP1/M in stock?
2. What is the approximate time to get the products delivered?
3. I'm planning to use the linear translation units in the XY-axis configuration to move LED/fibers lights which will be located in the linear translation unit facing a LAPPD (Large Area Picosecond Photodetectors detector) board; this intended setup implies having the Linear Translation units operating in the upside-down position. Are there any restrictions/issues to operate this units in that disposition?
4. I noticed that max allowed load for the units in the horizontal position is 15 Kg and 4 Kg for the vertical. What would be the maximum allowed load for the units if we operate them in the upside-down position?
