The heaters referred to on drawing AJE1005 sht 2 of 3.<br>
They Watlow FireRod Heater 400W, 120Vac, and have a measured resistance of 31.3 to 29.7 Ohms. (Using a fluke 870 DMM with lead resistance of 0.3 Ohms.)</div>

The Thermocouple temperature sensors for the control of the heaters are J series type 22, from Watlow also.</div>

Measured resistance of the J type sensors were 11.9 Ohms positive basis and 7.5 ohms negative basis.<br>

Hall C has a few Honeywell UDC3300 temperature controllers that can be used to control the heaters. Two inputs and two 5A @ 120Vac relays outputs.These are old models but still work.</div>

A test setup of the UDC330 and the heaters would be a good thing to do now. If someone from the DSG could take this on it would be helpful as Heidi is out for two months.</div>

If the turret stand could be raised 2-3 that would help Mindy out with inspecting/repairing the D-Sub connectors at the bottom.</div>
