<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I started the communication test for the power supply and I found that the communication card has not been recognized by the power supply main frame.</span><br>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The power supply local display shows "NP" status (Not present) for the communication card, see the attached picture.</span><br>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The DIP with setup to set the RS232 serial mode was checked and it seems to be set correctly based on the manual reference.</span><br>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">We also tried using the communication card of the PSU 2 (the one with the power on button latch issue) but we got the same "NP" status.</span><br>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Any ideas of why the card has not been recognized?</span><br>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Have you been able to connect with these PSUs  before?</span><br>
