George,
Okay. What sort of a timeline are we looking at?

It looks like there are missing items. I was only able to locate 5 of the 18 flow rotometers we used for the CLAS 6 detectors. It would seem, these have been re-purposed. There were six 0-25 slm used for the R1 and twelve 0-90 slm used for R2 and R3.
I do have six each of 0-10 slm units on hand to use for R1. But, we will need to purchase new units for R2 and R3. We will also need to buy fittings for all 18 flow meters.
Dwyer RMB-52D-SSV ( 5-50 slm) cost $58.50 each. A quantity of 12 is required, so cost will be ~$700 for the rotometers plus ~$300 for the tube fittings, 12 each of B-810-1-2 (1/2" tube to 1/8 NPT) and 24 each of B-810-1-4 (1/2" tube to 1/4" NPT)
I remember the last designer who worked on it informed me that we will also need to make the adapters for the bubbler connections, as they were not part of the dwg.

Dear George,
After inventorying what's on hand and comparing it to what's called out, it looks like we're short some fittings. Do you know where we can find:
3 x 1'x1'x1/2' reducing tee (for the supply)
7 x 1' elbows( for the return)
I'd also like to go ahead and get all of the flowmeters, pressure transducers, and any associated fittings. Since we have to come up with a mounting scheme I'd like to have them on hand to work with.
In addition, the glued-up manifold-manifold sample Steve did, has a Teaflex connector on it. Were more connectors ordered? If so, who has them?
Regards,
Morgan
