Hi All,
Ill take the opportunity to ask about an extension cord for the DC gas solenoid
control rack on deck 3, rack L15.
Bert and I were performing a safety walk through and we noticed an extension cord
that was plugged into equipment in the rack mentioned in the previous sentence.
This extension cord was plugged into an outlet located on the deck below!
I understand temporary power may be needed for testing, but this appears to be a permanent
installation so the extension cord needs to be replaced.
Is there a work order to install a power receptacle box close to the equipment rack? (Deck 3 L15)
Thanks,
-Chris

Hi Bob,
Sometime this morning we're going to restart the gas shed cRIO to deploy a new version of the code.
The main difference from the current code is to add a max pressure setpoint (currently defaulted to 100 psi) that will set the flow multiplier (normally 1.2 & 0.8 which is used to bounce between the low and and high pressure setpoints [60 & 80]) to zero. This will have the effect of (mostly) stopping flow from MFCs and allowing the pressure to bleed off through the TCUs.
One thing to keep in mind is that if this condition is met, the flow must manually be changed once the pressure drops below 100 psi.
Let me know if you have any questions or issues with this setup.
Thanks
