[Dsg-dc] Fwd: lower gas flow

please leave the gas flow as is.  There's an issue with the a couple of the region 1 chambers that I think is from the mylar touching the guard wires.  I'll lower the flow when I get done troubleshooting it.

Would you please lower the gas flow to 1/10 of nominal?
