[Dsg-dc] DC test station in EEL 124

I took some of the stuff just to look it up and see who it belong to. I 
also took the computer I think it belonged to Steve so I will see who 
owns it now. I also took some of the drift chamber tools just so we can 
find a safe place to store them.
