[Dsg-dc] [New Logentry] DC Exhaust Sensors

Morgan connected the transmitting magnehelics that were previously on the solenoid panel to the exhaust manifold, those are now being readout on the cRIO/EPICS again.

Also re-connected were the H2O & O2 sensors that used to be in the gas shed on the return lines. These are now off of the purge bubblers.

R1-2 is reading quite a bit higher compared to R3.
In ppm
R1-2 O2: ~600, R1-2 H2O: ~500s
R3 O2: ~100, R3 H2O: <100

We also found that the output from the H2O display for R1-2 isn't working properly so it isn't being read into the cRIO/EPICS, however the local display does work. Marc will order a replacement and we'll test the unit once that arrives.
