[Dsg-dc] [New Logentry] DC Manifold Pressures

The MKS 223 differential pressure transducers have been moved from the DC valve panel on SFL3 to the manifolds.

This means that the various labels are incorrect.

The R1-2 manifold pressure is now associated with the following:
EPICS PV: B_DET_DC_GAS_R12_PRESS
CSS label: R1-2 Pressure MKS 223
cRIO GUI: R1-2 Control Pressure

The R3 manifold pressure is now associated with the following:
EPICS PV: B_DET_DC_GAS_R3_PRESS
CSS label: R3 Pressure MKS 223
cRIO GUI: R3 Control Pressure

The other pressure gauge is not currently connected to anything.
