[Dsg-dc] [New Logentry] DC Alarms

The DC pressure alarms weren't setup to alarm on high pressure following the installation of the sensor on the manifold, not surprising since they're not labeled correctly anymore.

Also, the current HIHI seems somewhat aggressive, maybe a HIHI of 0.15 (and a HI of 0.125 if wanted to be extra cautious) would be safer?

So all I did was swap which pressure signal would cause an alarm, but didn't change any of the values.
