[Dsg-dc] [New Logentry] Gas Mixing Parameters

Lately when in automatic mode the mixing tanks have been unable to keep up with the demand flow when set to increase pressure (previously, in flow = 1.2x of the out flow). It is suspected that due to the cold weather there may be a leak, but because of detector installation this won't be looked into until a later date.

The code has been changed to allow all the various parameters to be adjusted remotely and in real-time (not implemented on the GUI at the moment).

Currently the values are as follows:

Mult Hi = 5 (used to increase pressure in tanks)
Mult Lo = 0.8 (used to decrease pressure in tanks)
Pressure High = 80 (when pressure reaches this value use Mult Lo to decrease pressure)
Pressure Low = 60 (when pressure reaches this value use Mult Hi to increase pressure)
Pressure Max = 100 (when pressure reaches this set flow to 0, must be recovered manually)

Note that these values are only used in automatic mode when pressure control is enabled.
