[Dsg-ft] FT meeting minutes

Hi,

The Forward Tagger group met for a meeting today. The following points were discussed.

The inner tungsten pipe will be used for the KPP run. The detector will be installed in March/April.

A power surge/outage over the weekend caused damage to a HV channel in the FT-Cal. Half of the motherboard needs to be replaced due to the surge.

The flow meter for the interlocks has been purchased and will be shipped to the lab upon arrival. Pete received the limo sockets needed to interlock the HV boards.

The group wishes to speak with George about building a small gas panel to tell if there is gas flowing to the detector instead of using the bubbler. 

The hodoscope was light-proofed with Kapton tape and stainless steel screws.  

Two fan trays have been installed in the mezzanine crate for cooling. Temperature tests will be conducted.
