[Dsg-ft] Hardware interlock features

Hi,

Raffaella De Vita, Gary Smith, Peter Bonneau and I had a meeting regarding the FT hardware interlocks. The following is a list of features discussed during the meeting.

-Hardware interlock trip ramp-down sequence is high voltage followed by low voltage.
-Hodoscope crate temperature warning requested for 40°C with ramp-down at 50°C (interlock levels can be adjustable).
-Hodoscope crate lid HV ramp-down feature removed.
-Temperature RTDs are 4-wire.
-HV boards 1530P for Calorimeter and A1737P for Hodoscope will be interlocked.  HV board A1536HDM for Tracker will not be interlocked.
-Chiller interface card has been installed in chiller.  Chiller interface will have to be programmed to accept card.
-MPOD crate controller will have to be enabled to accept signal from hardware interlocks.
