[Dsg-ft] FT Hardware Interlock System

Dear Amanda and Peter,
thanks a lot for the comprehensive report about the FT interlock design.
We already started to procure the differnt components. We should be able 
to mount the whole (or the majority) system by the end of the year.
We would like to record the report as a FT CLAS12 note since it contains 
a lot of information about the system to be used as future reference
Let ma know if you have anything against
