Hi Raffaella,

Brian and I installed and tested the analog card in the spare SVT Lauda chiller. When analog input was enabled and no signal was given to the card, the pump power dropped to 1. A pump power of 1 appears to be the lowest level that the SVT chiller pump can be set to. The FT chiller allowed for a pump power of 0 to put the pump into standby mode, which is a feature the SVT chiller does not seem to have. When the pump power was dropped to the lowest level, the temperature did not vary. 

It looks like something went wrong with the FT chiller itself to cause the card to no longer work properly. We recommend using the BiRa box with the hardware interlocks. Please let us know what you would like to do.
