[Dsg-ft] Tracker LV cable modification

Hi,

Raffaella, Mindy, Pete, and I met in the DSG room to discuss the modification to the temporary FT-Tracker LV cable.  It was decided that the taped connector between the cable that runs to the detector and the cable that runs to the LV supply will be removed.  The two sections of cables will be connected with ring terminals.  The ring terminals will be bolted together and covered with heat shrink, for all three LV cables.
