[Dsg-ft] Nitrogen pipes

Hi George,
plans about the panel have changed a bit: it was decided to install 
rotometer and bubbler close to the detector on the subway, leaving the 
flowmeter close the compact rio since I believe it gets power from the 
compact rio.
