[Dsg-ft] default ranges for interlock variables

Hi Raffaella,

Changing the values in EPICS should write those values to the cRIO. The new values should be present in the gui when first launched.

Hi Amanda,
now that we have the calorimeter connected and running we have started 
to better define the optimal ranges for the interlocked variables 
(temperature humidity and gas flow. Once we decide on the values how can 
we change the defaults the gui will start from when first launched?
