[Dsg-ft] Interlock testing status

Hi Amanda,
thanks for the update. For question 1 and 2, we will check with the 
hodoscope team and let you know. For question 3, you can proceed to turn 
on the chiller: since we have no nitrogen purge to prevent the humidity 
to increase, we would only recommend to keep the chiller at 18 deg 
Celsius as it is set now.
