[Dsg-ft] Temperature sensors and chiller interface status

Hi Raffaella,

The temperature sensors appear to be working again. The chiller digital interface has been integrated into the cRIO, however we are having readback issues (chiller status readback is not being displayed in the interlocks). Pablo and I are investigating the status readback. We will also be integrating the condensation sensor into the hardware interlocks.
