[Dsg-ft] FT Hodoscope interlocks

Hi Amanda,
last week, while doing some tests on the hodoscope now that the crate 
fans are powered, we also tested  the interlock system by artificially 
setting the temperature limits low enough to get the system to disable 
HV and LV: HV were disabled correctly and the LV interlock was activated 
as well but only one of the two LV channel (the first) was actually  
disabled. The second channel remained on. Can you check it? If I 
remembered correctly we are disabling the entire board but maybe there 
is some channel setting that need to be changed.

If you want to repeat some tests, let us now and we can give you control 
of the system.
