I do not have that size. I have ordered 4mm-1/4" adapters from Swagelock.

I have some us-metric adapters. What size is the metric connection? 8mm OD?

For the forward tagger tracker, some pipes have been installed to run from the gas distribution system to the detector... but i am pretty sure it is US standard whereas the entrance of the detector is metric.

Do you have connectors from ¼-inch to 5/32-inch ? It should work.
