The mixing system handled the raised high pressure setpoint (went from 10 to 15 psi) fine even with the sub-freezing temperatures.

The dips in the MIX1 flow correspond to pressure spikes in the FTT. Which I'm assuming caused it to trip and not want gas? Assuming that's what happened: this changed the demand gas for MIX1 from 125 sccm to 75 sccm (instead of 7.5 L/h total the forward trackers would only be requesting 4.5 L/h from just the FMT) and would explain why the flow total dropped.
