dear marco,

as of now, since the schedule calls for the FT move to be in
november, we do not want to concern ourselves with moving the FT to
the corner.
as you point out, if for some scheduling reason the FT move is
delayed, we may re-consider the option.
amrit

p.s. leaving the backdoor accessible provides an independent entry
for the to SVT/MM and RICH.
as the MM schedule is not clear, and the video points out that the
RICH detector could move in after the MM has been taken into
the clean room for assembly, it would be prudent to keep both
accesses available.
Amrit and Amanda,

we watched Walt's video and as far as we understood, the FT area
is not affected by the current plan. Are you sure that using the
back door will be possible? it would mean to keep free the
present FT area and all the space in front of it (where RICH
cabinets would be located, according to the video).
According to the existing schedule we are moving the FT to the
Hall in November. If it is confirmed we will free the area well in
time for the beginning of RICH assembly. If the FT move will be
delayed, we can think of moving the FT and related equipment to
the right side of the room in October-November when we will have
people onsite from FT team (Genova, Saclay Edinburgh) since the
move implies recabling everything. By the way, this would also
imply to (re)move all the cabinets, dark box and other equpment
currently present on the right side of the room that does not
belong to us (Stepan?)
Let us know waht you think.
Cheers

We have seen a video that Walt Akers made regarding the
arrangement of EEL-125 for the SVT, MicroMegas, and RICH
access to the EEL-124 clean room. The video can be found via
this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9-A36wYoIE

If we could make the back roll-up door accessible, the RICH
could be moved and assembled independently of the SVT and
MicroMegas. In order to make the back roll-up door accessible,
we were wondering if the Forward Tagger could be moved to a
different area of EEL-125, possibly where the HPS equipment is
stored. Would it be possible to move both the HPS equipment
and the Forward Tagger? Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,
